Product Return Policy
Fenom Kimonos would like to thank you for your purchase. As our customer, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are unsatisfied with the product(s) you purchased, you may return it, subject to the terms and conditions of this Product Return Policy.
To return an unwanted gi for a refund, please send the item back within 14 days from the confirmed delivery date. Please note that our Product Return Policy only covers unused and unwashed products. Products must be returned in the original packaging and new condition. Refunds will be less the original shipping/handling and return shipping charges.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products
Damaged, defective or incorrect products will be exchanged if returned within 45 days of the date of purchase. If we sent you a damaged, defective or incorrect product, please submit a ticket via this help desk system.
Condition of Returned Products
If a product is returned in an unacceptable condition, the product will be returned to the customer at the expense of the customer.
Unacceptable conditions include:

To receive a refund, please contact us via the ticketing system. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days less all shipping and handling charges.
Exchanges will be handled on a case by case basis, and is subject to availability of products. To request a product exchange, please submit a ticket via this help desk system.
Clearance items are sold as is. Some are returned items, some are slightly defective (minor stitching and embroidery imperfection). Please inquire about the size and the condition of the gi before purchasing it. All sales are final. No refunds or exhanges on clerance items.
Certain countries charge taxes and duties on international shipments. These charges are not included in the shipping charge. The international courier provider will charge duties and taxes on behalf of the local government. How they will charge you depends on what country you are in. If you are ordering from the UK, you will be sent a letter to request payment of the duties and taxes before the merchandise will be released to you.
